This recipe is simple and delicious, reminiscent of a comforting dish my grandmother used to make. With only a few pantry ingredients, the dish is ready in 15 minutes. If you are using store-bought minced pork, it takes just 10 minutes to prepare.

300gminced pork

1tablespoonlight soy sauce
1/4teaspoonsalt
1teaspoonsugar
1teaspoonMSGoptional
1tablespooncooking wine
½cupwater
Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
Prepare the Ingredients:
Mince the meat with a knife. I prefer chopping the pork finely with a knife, especially when working with smaller amounts, as it's quick and efficient. Alternatively, you can use a blender if you prefer.
Crack 4 eggs into a bowl with the minced pork.
Mix well with chopsticks until fully combined.
Fry the Omelette:
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and swirl to coat the entire surface of the pan.
Pour in the egg and pork mixture, gently swirling the pan to ensure even heating.
Cook on medium-low heat for about 1 minute, then flip.
Fry until both sides are golden brown.
Season the Omelette:
Add light soy sauce, salt, sugar, MSG (if using), and cooking wine to the pan.
Pour in half a cup of water.
Cover the pan and simmer for 3 minutes.
Serve:
Sprinkle with chopped green onions before serving.
