Ingredients

  • 200 g marshmallows
  • 50 g unsalted butter
  • 50 g milk powder
  • 150 g cookies crushed, such as digestive biscuits or graham crackers
  • 120 g mixed nuts such as cranberries, pumpkin seeds, almonds, etc.; feel free to customize based on personal preference

Instructions

Preparation:

  • Gather all ingredients. You can mix and match nuts according to your taste preferences. Prepare a non-stick frying pan and a sheet of parchment paper.

Melt the Butter:

  • Place the butter in the non-stick frying pan over low heat. Gently heat until fully melted, ensuring not to burn it.

Add the Marshmallows:

  • Add the marshmallows to the melted butter. Stir continuously until the marshmallows are completely melted and fully incorporated with the butter.

Incorporate the Milk Powder:

  • Add the milk powder into the mixture. Continue to stir until there are no visible dry bits of milk powder left, then turn off the heat.

Mix in Nuts and Cookies:

  • Once off the heat, quickly fold in the mixed nuts, ensuring they are evenly distributed. Then add the crushed cookies and stir until fully combined.

Shape the Mixture:

  • Transfer the mixture onto the prepared parchment paper. Press it down firmly to compact it into a solid shape. You can also use a mold for better shaping.

Cut the Crisps:

  • Sprinkle a small amount of milk powder over the surface of the pressed mixture. Use a sharp knife to cut it into bite-sized pieces.

Store:

  • Place the cut snowflake crisps into a sealed bag or container for convenient snacking at any time.
