Ingredients

  • 350 g Mango paste
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 175 g Whipped cream

Instructions

  • 1.Peel the mango and dice it. Place the mango pieces in a food processor, add 25g of white sugar, and blend until smooth and creamy.
  • 2.Add 25g of white sugar to the whipped cream. Continue whisking the cream until it reaches a consistency that is about 70% thick, still slightly fluid.
  • 3.Mix the mango puree with the whipped cream and stir until smooth.
  • 4.Pour the mango mixture into popsicle molds and freeze them until solid, preferably overnight for best results.
  • 5.Seal and package them for a clean, hygienic, and convenient treat.
