The weather is heating up, making it the perfect time to whip up some Mango Popsicles. These homemade treats are easy to make, featuring a dense, soft texture without any ice residue, and a delightful fruity, milky aroma. They’re incredibly delicious and straightforward to prepare, requiring just three ingredients and ten minutes of prep time.

When summer arrives, my children always ask me to buy popsicles to help them cool off. My husband suggested we make them ourselves, so we did. We made a large batch, froze them, and enjoyed them day by day.

You only need three ingredients, a blender, and your favorite popsicle mold. Who could resist that?

Ingredients:

  • Mango puree: 350g
  • Sugar: 50g
  • Whipped cream :175g

How To Make Mango Popsicles

  1. Peel the mango and dice it. Place the mango pieces in a food processor, add 25g of white sugar, and blend until smooth and creamy.

  1. Add 25g of white sugar to the whipped cream. Continue whisking the cream until it reaches a consistency that is about 70% thick, still slightly fluid.

  1. Mix the mango puree with the whipped cream and stir until smooth.

  1. Pour the mango mixture into popsicle molds and freeze them until solid, preferably overnight for best results.

  1. Seal and package them for a clean, hygienic, and convenient treat.Enjoy your homemade, additive-free mango popsicles!
