- Mango puree: 350g
- Sugar: 50g
- Whipped cream :175g
How To Make Mango Popsicles
- Peel the mango and dice it. Place the mango pieces in a food processor, add 25g of white sugar, and blend until smooth and creamy.
- Add 25g of white sugar to the whipped cream. Continue whisking the cream until it reaches a consistency that is about 70% thick, still slightly fluid.
- Mix the mango puree with the whipped cream and stir until smooth.
- Pour the mango mixture into popsicle molds and freeze them until solid, preferably overnight for best results.
- Seal and package them for a clean, hygienic, and convenient treat.
